Eligibility

  • Artwork must be in original, undamaged condition
  • Valid proof of purchase required
  • Return initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • Some items are excluded — check the individual product page for details (e.g. custom commissions, final sale, or items marked non-returnable

How to return

  1. Email info@tempoartselect.com within 14 days to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
  2. Once authorized, you'll receive packaging instructions. The artwork must be returned in its original or equivalent protective packaging.
  3. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend a carrier with tracking and insurance — Tempo Art Select is not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Fees & credit

All eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the original purchase price. Approved returns are issued as store credit only— we do not refund to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Credit is issued after the returned artwork is received and inspected.

Damaged or defective items

If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. Damage claims are handled separately from standard returns, on a case-by-case basis.
